The Directorate for Inland Waterways Plovput took a part at the 3rd Status meeting of the project NEWADA (Network of Danube Waterway Administrations) held on February 9th, 2010, in Vienna. The host of the meeting was the Austrian company via donau, the lead partner on the project.

The current status of the project was discussed at the meeting, as well as achievements on all of the six WPs. All twelve partners presented their progress reports for period September 2009 – February 2010. Partners concluded that all project activities are being performed according the agreed timetable, without any delays. It is planned for the next status meeting of the  project NEWADA to be held in June 2010, and to be hosted by Plovput.
